Leasing & Applications

You may give us a call at 623-434-7500 to schedule a tour or visit rentretreat.com — click Contact Us or Tour on Your Terms to get scheduled. To apply, visit rentretreat.com, click on Floor Plans or the Interactive Site Map, select your preferred apartment floor plan and unit number along with your move-in timeframe, and click Apply.

After completing the application, you will receive an email or text from Two Dots for secondary verification of income and identity. You will need to upload your photo ID, 90 days of bank statements and pay stubs, or tax transcripts. To qualify, we typically look for a combined household income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent — a minimum of 2.0x may be considered, though this may result in an increased security deposit. We also review credit history, rental history, criminal background, any history of fraud or failure to provide documentation, and pet criteria (if applicable). Full rental criteria are available on the application, in the office, or from one of our leasing agents during your tour.

Total move-in costs include rent and the security deposit. A customized email outlining your exact amounts will be provided prior to move-in.

All parking is assigned to each apartment at no additional cost. Uncovered spaces are first come, first served. EV charging is not currently available on-site; however, a nearby shopping center offers EV charging stations for resident convenience.

Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. PetScreening is our third-party service used to evaluate pets and determine applicable fees based on each pet's FIDO score. Breed restrictions apply — the full restricted breed list is outlined in our rental criteria and summarized below.
